Returns and Hygiene Notice
Because Hoomaw sells intimate wellness and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
For hygiene reasons, opened, used, tested, washed, or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
