1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to many countries and regions. Available shipping options will be shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

If your location is not available at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to that address.

3. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping costs $5.99.

This is our regular shipping option and is suitable for customers who do not need urgent delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 15–20 days after shipment.

Express Shipping

Express shipping costs $15.99.

This option gives your order priority logistics handling where available. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and customs processing.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more, excluding taxes and additional fees.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Express shipping will still cost $15.99 if selected.

4. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us.

All Hoomaw orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outside of the package will not show product names, product images, or sensitive wording.

This helps protect your privacy from the moment your order leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Seasonal shipping peaks
Customs clearance for international orders
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

While we do our best to help your order arrive as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Hoomaw is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please check your local import rules before placing an international order.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Please contact us if:

Your tracking has not updated for several days
Your package appears to be lost in transit
Your package arrives damaged
You received the wrong item
Your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it

Email us at service@hoomaw.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested if your package or item arrives damaged.

We will review the situation and help you find the best available solution.

8. Hygiene and Delivery Responsibility

Because Hoomaw sells personal wellness products, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
