Your rights to returns and after-sales support are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Due to the intimate nature of our personal wellness products and strict global health and hygiene regulations, items that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect upon arrival. Eligible returns for unopened items must be in their original, pristine, and resalable packaging.
